“Three Points Ranch was the perfect place for my family to stay while we attended an A&M game. The location was great because we were not in the midst of all of the traffic, and Kyle Field was a short drive. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully equipped, and the amenities were exactly as described, making our trip truly enjoyable. We especially loved the fun game room and the breathtaking views. The check-in process was seamless, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone!”

“I originally booked this for our family of 6. Due to kids schedules only one parent and one child stayed. The listing describes that it's connected like a duplex but we didn't expect to hear so much. It felt a little uncomfortable, like we were invading their privacy. Also it made us worry about being too loud for them, I would have been really anxious if we had all gone because our little kids are NOT quiet.There is no control of the AC and it was freezing!! We didn't reach out and ask for them……
