“We all enjoyed our stay very much! Lovely walks down to the ocean, watching the sunsets and beers at the pub. I don’t recall the listing saying there was no wifi which may be important to some. The town of Skibbereen itself was about 10 mins away and really charming. Breda was super helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great week!”

“We stayed in this beautiful house last week. It felt as if staying with friends or family, Eithne was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The house is so well equipped and the owners had left dishwasher tabs, surface spray, tin foil etc this was so helpful. Thank you. The house is clean and comfortable, electricity & fuel use is paid at the end of the holiday, which I thought was a very good idea in these times when we should be conserving energy. You won’t go wrong booking this……

“Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Mulroe House und seiner Umgebung verbracht. Die Gastgeberin zeigte sich herzlich zugewandt und in praktischen Dingen sehr hilfsbereit. Anders als die anderen beiden Mietobjekte im Gebäudekomplex hat das Mulroe House keinen Blick zum Wasser hin, das hätte uns anhand der Fotos klar sein müssen, war es leider nicht. Dennoch haben wir uns in dem Haus mit seinen gemütlichen Ecken sehr wohlgefühlt.”

“Couldn’t ask for a lovelier view and a more picturesque, peaceful location. Waking up to the loch view each morning is very special. Unless you are very hardy bring a wetsuit and have a daily swim it’s marvellous. (August - September was)”

“Beautiful, clean and spacious property with lovely views of the sea, a private beach, large garden etc. we didn’t use the pool or sauna but they were there. Would have preferred a bigger oven, it’s a microwave/ oven combo, but we managed alright. A lovely spot.”

It is strategicly located near the Ring of Kerry. Because it is within walking distance of Kenmare, we were able to easily enjoy the many charming pubs, restaurants and local shops that are found in town.
