“I wish the AC fan would have stayed running in the room, and i wish that we didn't have to attend a 90 minute session for ownership. Other than that is was great!”

“This place is the worst we’ve ever stayed at. Avoid this place at all costs. We payed for an ocean view room and got a view of the parking lot. The sliding door in the room would not lock. We tried to get this fixed for 8 hours and no one ever came to fix it. The “maintenance man” finally showed up and did not know how to use a screwdriver. After he slammed and poked at the door for 15 minutes we went downstairs to tell them he didn’t know how to fix it and they finally offered a new room at……

“The room was clean and it had a beautiful view of the ocean as well as a balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did the happy hour and lunch at the hotel and the drinks and food was delicious. The pool is really nice and somehow refreshing even though we went in August. We had a great stay!”
