“The room was on the second floor but was just about manageable for me with a back condition. The room was clean, a bit of updating would be good as it was quite dated. The room faced the main road and was busy with traffic and also very noisy with the amount of seagulls that gathered but that is normal in a seaside town. Tamsin the owner was lovely and very helpful and accommodating. The English breakfast was lovely and included in the price. I would stay there again but preferably choose a room……

“The location is good as well as the service. The breakfast is really tastey. The lady who served our breakfast is really nice and even made me a takeway breakfast when I told her my train would be very early and would miss the breakfast. ”
