“Loved the B&B, owners were friendly, rooms clean and it is such a quaint setting. Stone throw away from train station. Food was lovely. Set in a small village so it’s quiet. It is quite hilly so be aware if you have mobility issues. ”

“Perfectly located for the harbour, the train station and the bus station we were very pleased to find The Little Angel. On arrival Wendy was lovely and very helpful and the box of crisps and breakfast supplies and fresh milk in the fridge was a lovely surprise. The ceiling is a little low in the bedroom but this is to be expected in an old building and we had no bumped heads. The bed was extremely comfortable. The sitting room is above the beer garden so you do get a bit of noise at night but……
“Great location as 10min walk to harbour. Free parking space out front of property. Lovely welcoming hosts. Very good breakfast included every morning. Room was cleaned and plenty of tea/coffee replaced daily, fresh towels etc. Very good value for money and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay with Gwenn and Lee again.”

“Almost perfect aside from the shower water is not hot enough. it's a bit warm in the beginning but then it goes cold soon. Room is big including a small living room and kitchen, we like it. Staff is friendly, location is great, very close to rail station as well as whalebone arch.”

The building is nice and historical. Many facilities for guests to use. I like the drinking water the most.
A bit difficult to find the entrance and the 199 steps to hostel is without light at night. It is a bit dangerous if you back to hostel late at night as you can't see the steps.
The breakfast is very tasty and many different choices to choose."
