“Initially stayed at one house - no control over the temperature and it was a hot summer, tenants above were noisy, traffic noise into the bedroom was terrible. Ad described that I would be the only occupant at the address however the address was split in 2 (not aware of this or else I would not have stayed here). Damage to walls, carpet stained from previous renters (my guess). Parking was included however 60% of the time there were no parking spots available. I had to park on the street or……
