“Had a great stay”

“The apt. was almost perfect. It is quiet, easy to find and in a good location. There were just a few small things that keep me from giving it 5-stars. Some of the furniture was pretty wobbly/falling apart. There weren't any dressers to put clothes in and not enough hangers to hang clothes up. There was also only 1 towel for the kitchen and the permanent filter from the coffee mashine was missing. The frying pans desperately need to be replaced. “We were in town for a wedding so had 4 adults and 3 kids with us. The house is very quaint and beautiful. There was plenty of room for us all. We saw deer in the back yard in the morning. It is a great location in downtown Oxford. We walked to the park where there was a live band playing and a lot of towns folk watching, they had several areas for kids including a balloon artist and cotton candy. The adults were able to have margaritas from the local restaurants and drink them in the park. I……

“The check in process was not smooth. The keys did not work and neither did the digital code. The owner was able to get us in with a spare key. The apartment was clean and welcoming. The master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable as was the living room furniture. It was fine for a quick trip. ”

“Property was clean and just how it looked in the photos. Beds were very soft(borderline too soft). We arrived after dark, the check in instructions were very clear and property was easy to access. The host responded quickly to all of my pre-arrival questions. The location was close to downtown Rochester. We have a daughter at a local college and this was the most comfortable visit we've had. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again. Thank you!”
