“We had an event at the DIA, and this was the perfect location. Nice neighborhood, free and easy parking on the street. Great communication with the host. Overall was clean, just a few little leftover things on the floor that weren’t swept up, some tape on the walls leftover from someone who had stayed previously. We really didn’t use the kitchen, just one fork but noticed some of the silverware in the drawer wasn’t clean. Queen bed was very comfortable. The metal bunk bed was comfortable but……

I would like to give this property five stars but there were a few issues on arrival that may fall on the cleaning service because the host was seemingly unaware. “We had a good experience. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the area had a lot of good places within walking distance. The only negatives were that I wish the host would put more detail in the listing. I would have liked to know in advance what all was provided (laundry detergent, coffee, etc). “Beautiful place! Great location too! We 3 middle aged women walked everywhere or took the Q line downtown. The Midtown location has a great variety of restaurants and night spots. The host is lightning quick with communication and very gracious. Other tenants in the building are friendly and welcoming too. Fantastic stay! Highly recommended!”

(12 nights)We had to ask for the check in info 3 times before we got a canned response with the codes.
