“If you want the views this is your spot! The check-in process was incredibly easy. The hosts reached out the first day to wish us well and left snacks for us to enjoy. It was a short drive to the theme park and the historic attractions. Virginia was good to my little family. We will absolutely be back! ”

“This property is fantastic! Very spacious and incredibly clean. Main bedroom has a king bed that is very comfortable. It also has its own bathroom with updated walk in shower. The next bedroom has a queen bed and we were told that it too was comfortable. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that is probably best suited for children. Our adult children (ages 29 and 30) slept on the sofa because they were concerned the bed would not support them.The kitchen has been updated and is very nice. Living……

“About 20 minutes to walking & colonial Williamsburg, 20 to Busch Gardens. Very clean. It was really warm when we arrived but cooled down well enough (the upstairs more effectively than the downstairs but both were pleasant). This is a Hilton run resort and it was a gorgeous property with lots to do on its campus (indoor pool, mini golf, walking grounds, gym, fishing, etc etc). The kitchens were well enough appointed. Make sure you bring salt and pepper as they weren't included with the "basics."……

“We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. ”

“We had a wonderful and calm two nights. My husband and I were so relaxed. The home is in a great woodland setting with privacy. The pond could be viewed just outside the front door. The home's landscaping enhanced the site. The dock area is attractive. We had planned to use the kayaks but it was a little too chilly. Three bathrooms - no waiting! The king suite upstairs is huge. “The little Bee Haven cottage is spotlessly clean and so well equipped. Beds are comfortable and with a living room and small den, the two of us were very comfortable, as would be a party of four. The area of Virginia where the cottage is located is so beautiful and tho the cottage was not in the middle of activities (which suited us just fine) it was easy to access Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. The front porch is a definite plus as are the crab cakes down the road at the Nuttall Market!”
