“I arrived at 2:00am and was trying to get a sleep before the connecting flight next day. When I checked out the manager asked me about my satisfaction, I gave 8 out of 10, but the manager seemed so disappointed. I indeed think they need to do more to get better score - the air con was so cold, the desk lamp did not work, and the cleanliness has room to improve. After my departure, they texted me by Whatsapp several times, until I blocked them. I think it was unnecessary. In my point of view,……

“I had the most wonderful time in hilton manyata park for 4 days. I was on vacation with my wife and was shocked to get the upgraded king suite by kavya! Also since I was there 27 times, I was given a beautiful diwali invitation sweet box along with celebrations that truly made my stay most memorable. Also Amit in the kitchen made my day by giving me the royal breakfast treatment. Also shivam took care of my family like his own! Give them a raise! They are the best staff ever”

“Staff at the reception counter was really great and accommodating. Room and the passages were clean and kept the same for the days I was there. Appreciate the staff. Breakfast though mostly South Indian was great. One thing though the odd number rooms like 303 did not have a window in the bedroom but even numbered rooms had this luxury. Overall a great stay and there is a beautiful garden at a walkable distance which in Bengaluru is very rare these days.”
