“服务很好，酒店整体很整洁。房间设施很齐，冰箱，洗碗机，微波炉，电磁炉，咖啡壶。应该是洗碗机有啥设置问题，隔一分钟左右响一声，不会关掉，比较烦。床品和毛巾略有些老，没到影响使用，但是感觉有点对不起酒店的等级吧。”

“Friendly & easy check”

“This was juat a quick stop over on our travels. The hotel staff was nice and check in was easy. We had a room on the first floor which was nice. The rooms were clean but had a little bit of a smell, but i feel like it was the comforter which was still a tad damp. Not terrible and it actually made me feel better knowing it had been freshly washed. The cleaning staff was so nice, left a little note in the room but also when i talked to them the next morning. That was refreshing. The breakfast was……

“The property was very clean, in great condition, and quiet. Breakfast was good. Breakfast selections about average for similar hotels. The breakfast host was VERY friendly. ”

“We decided last minute to start our family vacation early. So that put us in Winchester at 2:00am. I made the reservation before we left our house. I was afraid it would be past check in. But the staff were super understanding and friendly. Breakfast was hot and delicious the next morning. And the 12:00pm check out was great we could sleep in little and not worry about rushing around. ”

“The staff is friendly, professional. Coffee offered in Lobby for patrons. Rooms are clean, updated. Limited restaurants, food in area. ”
