“My husband and I stayed at Tim’s cottage in middleburg for one night to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Tim had left a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake for us since he knew it was our anniversary, which was an incredibly thoughtful and kind gesture. The cottage was clean, cute and cozy and the location was incredibly convenient to wineries, breweries and downtown Middleburg. It was truly a staycation to remember!”

“Stayed her with my boyfriend for his birthday. It was a nice getaway stay! The place was super cute and had everything you needed. We were able to go to the caverns and hangout around the house it did rain so we didn’t get to do many outdoor activities but still a beautiful scenery while watching scary movies. Definitely needed it.”

“My fiancé and I stayed here two nights for our anniversary and it was amazing! The cabin is adorable and the views are breathtaking even from the bedroom windows. Everything was clean, and anything we needed or didnt bring was already there for us. Property manager is very nice and promptly returned my message when I had a question about the firestick. Great location as well, with town being less than 10 min away. Overall loved this place and will definitely stay here again!”

“The property is truly breathtaking and the photos do not do the location justice. It is indeed high up in a cliff overlooking the beautiful Shenandoah. “Description of house in listing was accurate. House was well stocked. Host was very accomodating and responsive to messages. Location was remote so nice for groups looking for a break away from the city, but still close enough to both Strasburg and Winchester which were great for shopping and events. Only request would be access to a washer/dryer (which we knew wouldnt be available from the listing) but just would be nice for convenience when you are staying for a good period of time.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, the four bedrooms gave us lots of space. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the balcony, too. Very close to lots of fun wineries and Harper’s Ferry. Quiet location on a road with other houses. I’d recommend bringing extra towels and a few wine glasses if you’re drinking nice wine. Lots of thoughtful touches — games, fireplace, spacious kitchen. It was great!”
