“My husband and I stayed in this home for our annual anniversary trip. We love hiking and brought our dog with us for some active relaxation. This home was one of the best we have stayed in. It had everything we needed, and was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located about 15 minutes from Front Royal where there was plenty to do; yet also steps away from a trail in the neighborhood, which intersects with the AT. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. ”

Fire wood under the deck. Salt & pepper in the pantry. Paper towels, ice in the freezer, ect. Ect. Best part, the linens! Clean, fresh, modern sheets/blankets. “A train came past the house at 7am in the morning. There is no mention of early morning train activity in the description. The mattresses were extremely soft and the blankets were very thin…so we were chilly. The house is beautiful…just these details are something to consider.”
