“Nestled in the serene mountains of the Shenandoah Valley, this beautiful cabin provided a peaceful retreat. Within a half-hour’s drive, we were able to explore the northern and central regions of the National Park. The owner was incredibly responsive to our questions and provided quick answers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cabin for future stays.”

“We had such a wonderful time at this gorgeous house! It was clean, comfortable, spacious and very relaxing. Our group had kids and adults of all ages and everyone had a fantastic time. The brewery next door is an added bonus, and we didn’t have any issues with noise or crowds. We will definitely stay here again.”

“The house is beautiful and has all the appliances you could ever use. It had coffee and filters stocked in the pantry. Sheets and towels were high quality. There is a 50 charge to use the hot tub which was not stated in the description. The road coming into the property is very steep and luckily my SUV had 4 wheel drive for easy access.”

It's a bit off the beaten path (which is what we were looking for) - we all enjoyed the canoes/kayak, my boys brought their fishing stuff, and we all loved the porch and firepit. The house was very well stocked, making it easy to prepare a few meals in the kitchen/on the grill! I loved that there was a washer/dryer and all the details were thought of... from bathroom supplies, to games/books, and everything we needed to……

“It was a great stay. No complaints! Great communication with the hosts before and during our stay. Very clean and just like the photos. The only comments not entirely positive (but worth noting because it was one of my deciding factors in booking this property) is that the hot tub was not clean enough for us to be comfortable using (it is in the woods and may have been pollen coming through the screens—but it was covered) and I think one of the queen sized mattresses does need to be replaced in……

“Beautiful setting, great hosts, clean house that felt bright and airy. We had a large rain just prior to our stay that caused the River to rise above the bridge. Host reached out right away and kept us informed frequently of status and progress. Bridge was passable just hours prior to our arrival but we had no issues thanks to her great communication. Highly recommend!”
