“The property was exactly as described. The inside was clean and welcoming and comfortable and oh so quiet. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee n the porch where the sun came up and deer waltzed by. ”

“The outdoor spaces exceeded my expectations of the property. There is ample space on the deck, the yard is enjoable with the views and firepit, and the front porch rocking chairs are relaxing with a cup of coffee and litening to the gentle rain.Young adults enjoyed the game room. My only suggestion would be to replace mattress in 1st floor bedroom, it sinks a little. That is a small inconvenience considering that everything else was lively and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools.”

“We had a great stay for the long Memorial Day Weekend. A very comfortable property with everything you could need for just you or a small group. Easy access to Harpers Ferry, hikes, breweries, wineries, and more. Most places are about a 20 minute drive—a bit longer for a full grocery store so recommend stocking up before you arrive. Very communicative and helpful host. Highly recommend!”

“The house was very clean. The view of the lake and mountains was beautiful. The back deck with ping pong table was great. Nice that toiletries were provided. The property manager was responsive. The master bathroom should have a blind on the window. It was uncomfortable showering with a glass shower door and a window 2 feet from the shower, and the street not far from the house. Also, water poured out of the shower underneath the glass door. Would have liked to have some info printed out about……

“We loved this property. It was super clean and had all the amenities that anyone would ever need. The hosts where always quick to respond to our needs and questions. Would definitly stay here again.”

“The property was ok. There wasn't much of a view from the cottage. It was clean but kind of small. The gas grill on the deck was nice to have. The only major problem was that there was no hot water on our last day there. We notified the owner, but he could not get anyone out there until the next day, when we left. So that was kind of a bummer. No showers or hot water to properly do the dishes.”
