“Large 1st floor, open with gathering areas. Kitchen was functions with an outside grill. We cooked every night and sat outside on the patio and by the firepit. Walking distance to the pier. ”

“We loved our stay! The beach was large and sandy (with tons of great skipping rocks) and the water had a huge sand bar just a few feet out. The kids loved it and we all loved how easy it was to get from the house to the water—no stairs! “We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. When you enter the home you’re immediately greeted by sweeping views of Lake Huron. The layout of the main level is conducive to gathering and visiting while cooking. The upstairs bedrooms are well appointed and the main bedroom has truly gorgeous views. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. The deck was lovely for having lunch and relaxing in the mornings while watching the sunrise. The steps down to the lake are many, but……

“The house was easy to find and immaculate. There were plenty of dishes and silverware and all appliances worked perfectly. The nights were quiet. We did not realize until later in the week that local beaches were closed for e-coli, and we did swim. Of note: this late in the season there was a lot of muck at the lake bottom.”

“We were looking for a quiet, peaceful place by the lake where we could get away for our anniversary and just rest and relax for a few days. It was exactly what we were looking for! The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We loved being close to the lake. The owner, Joe, was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back! :-)”

“It was a great get away weekend for us. The beach access was great, beautiful sunrise photos! 60% sand, 40% rocks. The house was perfect for us. Cozy, senior-pet and toddler friendly because it only had a few steps. Nothing fancy about the house, but that’s what we wanted. Could use some renovations (outlet in kitchen didn’t totally work, window A/C unit, new pull-out bed couch) Overall, reminded me of the old hunting cabins turned rentals we would stay in way up north. There is a master bedroom……
