“Two of my friends and I stayed at this wonderful vacation spot. Beautiful views of the water. Spacious for the three of us. We enjoyed sitting outside either on the swings or in the Adirondack chairs on the pier. Even when it was chilly, we could enjoy the view from inside sitting at the dining room table, in the den and even from the kitchen. Comfortable beds and clean house. Would definitely return!”

The cottage was so clean, had tons of both bathroom and kitchen items for us to use, kayaks, beach chairs and boogie boards for us to use, and the cottage is decorated so nicely with beachy-themed decor. Be mindful that it is small, but it is exactly how it is portrayed in the listing. Perfect for us. Just walk out the front door, across the yard, and you are on the private beach. “The home and location are very nice and as described. The reason I am ranking only 3-stars is because the house was very hot when we arrived. We turned the AC to 71 degrees, yet the WYZE thermostat kept remotely changing to 79 degrees. It was about 95 degrees outside, so we couldn’t find any relief from the heat. I contacted the owner a couple of times about the temp changing and was told “Sorry! We’re out of town”. Ultimately, the thermostat shut off completely. We tried to turn it back on with……
