We contacted them asking for early checkin. No one ever called back. Also had trouble opening the door. “Very nice apartment, fully up to expectations. Trying to get the access code for the lock box was very complicated (had to use a back-up code) and check out by putting the key back in the computerized lock box was a nightmare. Nothing worked, it didn't accept the code, rebooting the box didn't help, and if there wasn't a staff member in the office to give the keys back to, I'd still be trying. Sometimes technology is a really backward step. I'd stay there again only if there was a simpler way to……

“The apartment was modern and clean. The issue we had was with the noise from the apartment above ours which negatively impacted our sleep. The property manager was open to hearing about the issue but we ended up cutting our stay short due to noise. ”
