“This was my first stay utilizing this property, and first time staying in the Lincoln Park area. The apartment was perfect, right in the middle of this up and coming area. I loved the building, and all the exposed brick. It was the perfect size apartment, large kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable bed, and great view of the outside main street outside. I will definitely stay here again.”

“I loved the easy entry to the property. Using a number I know instead of something I would need to remember makes it a breeze. The amenities were great. Very clean. The rug in front of the main door kept getting caught under the door because of the fluffy carpet which was inconvenient so I moved it. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!”

“This is a great place to stay in Duluth. Lots of space, a nice kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Close to a lot of great restaurants and shops in Lincoln Park. We were in town for UMD graduation and it was an easy drive down to Amsoil Arena. Communication with property management was easy and fast. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This property was a lucky last minute find. Only 15 minutes from UMD, where my son attends. Can safely have windows open overnight and let the Lake Superior waves lull you to sleep. It is a basement apartment and home owners were not present, so I can’t speak on that. Very nice patio with grill as well as wood burning chiminea, both of which we used and enjoyed immensely.
