“This was perfect for us, visiting grandparents for Christmas. Fantastic location for anything you want to do in Duluth, and perfect size for our family of 4! (And can see it working teally well for 6, with pull out bed). Clean and comfortable, will stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful weekend in Duluth! I grew up in Lakeside and love going back to spend time with family, enjoying some of the amazing things Duluth has to offer. We stayed at The Perch for the first time; I'll be sharing info about this awesome place with my extended family. It's clean, cute, and very comfortable. Jason and Jennifer as hosts are so kind, as well. This great spot is definitely on our list of places we'll look to stay at when we visit Duluth again.”

“This property was a lucky last minute find. Only 15 minutes from UMD, where my son attends. Can safely have windows open overnight and let the Lake Superior waves lull you to sleep. It is a basement apartment and home owners were not present, so I can’t speak on that. Very nice patio with grill as well as wood burning chiminea, both of which we used and enjoyed immensely. Thank you for sharing your property.”

“Fabulous loft in Canal Park/ Downtown Duluth! Cool vibe with amazing views of the area. Within walking distance of the Arial Bridge and lots of great restaurants. 30 minute drive to gorgeous waterfalls and Split Rock Lighthouse on the north shore of Lake Superior. ”

“Cute place! I liked that it was right off the highway, but you don’t feel like you are off the highway. The neighborhood was very quiet and secluded. Communication with the host was great! The only slight disappointment we had was the state of the deck and there was no patio furniture other than a picnic table. The reason we chose this place was to sit outside in the evenings. Even with that though, I would stay again! ”

“The stairs down to the door can be precarious but once there it is clean and neat with an excellent view!”

“Very clean and cute condo in a wonderful location in Duluth. Loved being able to have coffee on the porch in the morning looking out towards the lake. Management was very friendly and easy to get ahole of for all of our questions. Overall a great place to stay with family!”
