“My family (Dad, sisters, partners, and adult children) had an enjoyable stay here. The location allows for easy access to many great places in the downtown area making it a great spot if you don't want to drive to local bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. Street parking is not allowed overnight, but the hosts have nearby parking for a vehicle, and there is a parking ramp nearby that isn't too expensive for any extra vehicles. The loft is clean, with 2.5 bathrooms, plenty of seating, games, hot tub,……

“Very well appointed condo. They didn’t overlook anything. Lovely accommodations. The only downside is that it is noisy from street noise. Obviously we expected some noise because it was downtown. There was only the two of us but certainly would accommodate a family very nicely. Would recommend!”

“This apartment has so much charm. It is located in a gorgeous old brick building with nice updates on the inside. Location is great and easy to get around to Duluth attractions. Everything was very accurate in regards to photos and details. It totally met our needs and expectations. ”

“Modern and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Parking was a little confusing but easy to figure out once on the grounds. Parking pass was tempermental, did not always work. Assistance was available via an intercom. Rug in living room posed a trip hazard for our mobility challenged guest. Kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of bathroom space for our toiletries. Host was readily available via phone”

“The place was as described. The view from the bedroom was AMAZING!!!. It was old but amazing views. The AC was two window units and not central air. The washing machine took a bit to get it to work and it took the host a few hours to respond to me. This why it is 4/5 and not 5/5. I would give it 4.5 if I could. The parking was a bit confusing so make sure you read the parking directions carefully. The check boxes were not labeled well but we figured it out. All in all great places. I would stay……

“Beautiful and spacious condo. Our grandkids loved the accommodations. We were within walking distance of shops, food, museums, and the famous lift-bridge where we watched the ships move through the canal--probably the favorite event of all for our grandkids.”
