“We enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing. Having access to the hotel amenities - gym, pool was nice. It was great to have the Hoops Brewery attached - we were happy to have it during NBA western conference finals. I’d recommend this property. ”

The location allows for easy access to many great places in the downtown area making it a great spot if you don't want to drive to local bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. Street parking is not allowed overnight, but the hosts have nearby parking for a vehicle, and there is a parking ramp nearby that isn't too expensive for any extra vehicles. The loft is clean, with 2.5 bathrooms, plenty of seating, games, hot tub,……

“We loved everything about this place! Centrally located and within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do in Duluth. If you are looking for a place in Canal Park, this is it!”

“The property was clean and well stocked for our needs. Off-street parking was nice. Was within walking distance of some restaurants. The only downside for our group of 4 adults was the single bathroom; otherwise, this was a great place to stay for the weekend. ”
