“This was a perfect location. Minutes from Savannah and minutes from Tybee Island. If you are wanting to get away from the sounds of the city and have room to spread out and not be cramped in a small hotel room this is perfect. We were here for our daughter's graduation from SCAD. This was a great place for all of us to prepare meals, iron clothes, play games and visit. We were able to get to town in a few minutes to attend pre and post graduation activities. Also was nice to go to the beach……

“The location of this home is ideal for Savannah. We were about 15 mins from downtown and 20 mins from Tybee Island. It was super useful to have Wal-mart and Publix less than a mile away as well. We made great use of the billiards table and the game shed; lots of evenings of poker. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on as well. The only downer was that the pool was too cold to make use of in late March. I would recommend this property to others. ”

“This house was more than I could have ever imagined when booking it. It offered enough spaces and places for ten teens to all get exactly what they needed: pool time, kicking around a soccer ball, tossing a frisbee, socially recharging in one of the many bedrooms, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying access to the pond. Not to mention the neighbors were amandine and the location is super convenient. Carlos was very responsive, the house was clean and tidy, and anything we needed was a short drive……
