“Wonderful stay for my son and his friends at Mindy's place! Everything was clean, she had all the supplies you needed and the use of two fire pits and a gas grill. Mindy dropped off extra cofffwe when we were checking in and asked if we needed anything at all to make our stay better. There were plenty of towels and pillows and extra supplies; and a ping pong table in the garage that was fun to use. Plus the backyard setting was wonderful for the guys to sit around the firepit and chat after……

“Very cool property. A bit “off the main grid” but that works out perfectly. 20 min drive to where ever we needed to go. But far out enough to feel remote. The decor of the ranch is so fun…. Stepping into a 50s/60s diner/travel hotel/hippie ranch. Waking to the animals, rooster crows and sunshine was like a story book. If ever in this area again, would definitely stay here again. ”

“We've stayed here twice now and have loved it both times! It's PERFECT for kids with the outdoor space, animals to pet, and horses to go see. We had 8 adults and 7 kids (aged 3 and under). The house is perfect size to fit our big group and allows space for us adults to have fun after the kids are down at night. Kitchen is spacious and works for all of us too. Amazing staff down at the barn helped us and allowed the kids to experience the horses. Highly recommend!”

“We absolutely loved this property. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our week long stay. We were in town for a softball tournament. Grand Park is about 7 minutes away and Kokomo about 30 minutes away. The owners were super friendly. I loved having room to spread out, being able to cook my own meals, talking on the porch and watching the fireflies at night and petting the donkeys. I would definitely stay here again. ”
