“Great value”

“The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The hotel was clean through and through, with no orders. I had to unexpectedly leave after check out time for work, that was no problem. Oh, and you get a choice of three delicious different free breakfasts at the restaurant next door. I highly recommend staying here. I will be back. ”

“The hotel is clean, well kept, the pool is warm, the breakfast was inclusive of hot items. There is a family restaurant across the parking lot that was good. I will stay here again the next time I visit Sparta. ”

“Nice overnight stay. Simple and real. Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy access to what we wanted to do in the area. It was clean and everything worked as it should. Very reasonably priced and check in/out was great. We would stay again. ”

“We stayed at Three Bears 2 years ago and I would have given it a 0/5 stars then. It’s now under new management and ownership and was so much better. The rooms were updated. The only issue was the water park didn’t have every pool open, so that was a bummer. But that was due to maintenance issues that were being addressed so I hope they are open in the future. ”

“I was very happy. The bed was very comfortable. The heat/air conditioning quiet and efficient. The room clean and comfortable. I was able to park my car right outside my window. No outside noise that bothered me. Great for an overnight stay. Within walking distance of downtown if necessary. Great for the price!”
