“Lovely, accommodating property close to all that make Ocean Isle a great family vacation destination. Appreciated open spaces and rooms for larger families. Owners were available, informative, and a pleasure to work with. Convenient onsite golf cart rental and fishing dock. Great stay, highly recommend! Party of 8, two weeks July 12-26, 2025”

“We love Crosswinds Cottage! The cottage is cozy and we truly feel like we're at home. The kitchen has everything you could need. We loved the multiple outdoor spaces. We swam in the pool every day! The house is decorated so nicely. We appreciated the wagon for lugging things to the beach each day (which is just a short walk from the house). We definitely hope to return! ”

“Clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Suited me and my husband perfectly. Beautiful views. Great location. Quiet and peaceful. The stairs were a challenge for us, but we knew any house on the island would be. Hope to return. ”

“The cottage was a perfect place for my 16 year old son and I to enjoy the lake and the resort’s amenities. The pool was very relaxing and we had a perfect view of the lake from the cottage. We had a great time playing volleyball, pool and pickle ball. The dock provided perfect easy access to the lake and we brought our paddle board and were able to put it in the lake right from the dock. Perfect location to all the area attractions and restaurants. We will definitely be back!”

“It was a fairly new home, there are a few things that would make it better. The shower needs a grab bar for guests who have limited mobility. The pillows are too hard. We had to scavenge around but once we did , we were fine. Great location! Overall great.”
