“I took pictures when we first arrived because there was damages to the wallpaper in the villa. Also looked like the cleaning people poured coffee all over one windowsill because it was still wet and dripping coffee when we arrived. Also not too many pots or pans in the villa. Had to boil noodles for spaghetti in microwave. Hot water does not last long at all. It needs updated pictures and when you have 10 people staying you need more than the 1 frying pan n 2 little small pots.”

“Requested lower level room. They put me on 3rd floor. I have back issues and 3 small children. The room was one of the smallest rooms that I have ever been in there. The tub had black nasty stuff coming out of the jets on it and was all in my kids bath water. Washer barely worked could only fit a very small amount of clothes in it. Dryer took 4 times to dry the same load of clothes. Not sure if I will stay here again after this. Worst experience ever. ”
