“From the time we arrived to the time we left, my family and I had so many wonderful encounters and experiences with staff who were all very helpful, kind, and attentive. The breakfast offered was awesome and it was such a treat getting made to order omelettes! We would definitely book another stay here and are glad we chose this hotel over where we typically stay.”

“The air temp in rooms should be checked, there were extreme in temps from hot to cold. Went to bed shivering cold and woke up drenched in sweat, other than that everything else was perfect. Especially the aesthetics! Def would recommend. ”

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“Overall, my stay was okay. We spent two nights there but did not receive any maid service. When we requested fresh towels and washcloths, they were not provided. Despite this, the experience was decent, and I would rate it a 7 out of 10.”

“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that……
