“The property had great decor and facilities and was very quiet. We only saw one other couple when we were there. Unfortunately, the breakfast lounge was only open one day when we were there at 8:30. The room itself could do with extra hangers for towels in the bathroom, as there was only one hook. And there was also no storage for clothes, other than three hangers in the closet Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.”

“Great value for a quick trip - price reasonable for appropriate accommodations! Palm Springs vibes down to the decor, close to the action but far enough away for quiet and a safe environment. A few holes to play mini golf, a warm pool, a hot tub and loungers fenced off for an area private to the neighborhood. Room was simple but clean with everything you’d want from a budget hotel but a step elevated (TV, desk, minifridge, nice coffee maker…). Free parking out front including off-street and on.……

“It was an older motel but it was very, very clean and Paul at the front desk was extremely hospitable and helpful. The pool was so very clean and the property was well taken care of. Our room was by the street so it was noisy. Next time I will get a room further back. Thank you Paul & Fransisco. ”

“The hotel is a boutique hotel. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel. Upon checkout I was not allowed to see the invoice to check, and the same unfriendly staff told me I should get it by email. I didn’t receive for a few hours so I emailed the hotel (the address given to us at check in, since they don’t have a front desk so you can’t call……

“Property itself is so gorgeous inside and the pool is 24/7 making it amazing! Parking was the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. Not enough for the 8rooms and some people parked in 2 spots since they are small. I feared leaving and returning and not finding parking ”

“This hotel was lovely. The staffs were so friendly. The pool were open 24 hours so you can relax yourself anytime. However, the room space was a little small for family. Shower room had no door and floor got wet easily. But we still had a wonderful stay.”

“If you want an MCM vibe this is it! So cute, beautiful pool, great staff, great parking and close to everything. I walked everywhere, felt very safe as well. Will make this my go-to lodging whenever I'm in Palm Springs.”

“A property just outside the busy downtown. The king suite room was very spacious, with a king sofa bed-not used by us- and two TVs. The pool area is gorgeous as is the hot tub. While they don’t have a front desk, the whole process was smooth. We were disappointed the French restaurant and the bar opened at 5pm. Earlier would have been nice. Overall we highly recommend the Cole!”
