“This apartment has an excellent location. The owners provided very good instructions. It is in a basement and has no windows which is nice for privacy. It is well furnished and very comfortable. ”

“Perfect cabin close to a bunch of New Yorks state parks, very clean with a nice large kitchen tons of room for my my eife and I and our 3 kids, the single beds are all in an open loft which just meant we had to keep it quiet once the kids went to bed. Our only complaint were the king and queen beds squeak a lot, like just rolling around in your sleep they are noisy. So if we stayed more then 2 nights I could see that being an issue but otherwise we’d live to go back for another weekend and do……

“The house was very clean & welcoming. Living area was compact but comfortable & had everything we needed. The loft is spacious, and there's a table up there for puzzles & games. It's open to the living space, but there's a curtain for privacy. We enjoyed exploring the walking trails. Remote location but only about 20 min to Ithaca. Wish we had more time! ”

The home is well stocked, the beds are so comfortable, and the overall coziness is great. After a long day of skiing, the sauna was fantastic. “Had to search for the key to get in. No prior indication of where to find it. Was greeted by a dirty mop bucket with water, right inside the door. Found several various items tucked in couch..: dog toys, bottle of soda, electric hair trimmer. Bathroom was filthly, did have new towels. Painters tape still on wall in shower, odd signs hanging on doors. Driveway was covered in ice, no rocksalt. Property completely dated. Light bulb above stove exploded sending glass everywhere. No cleaning……

Enough room for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped.The hosts thought of everything that a guest could possibly need including extra blankets and a basket of warm wool socks, perfect for curling up on the couch to enjoy the amazing views or a good book.It was immaculately clean, we would book this property again for sure!”
