“We enjoyed a short family vacation on lake Haliburton. The cottage was clean with well stocked kitchen for 4 people. We enjoyed time on the large dock with beautiful views of the lake. The property is being updated. Brett welcomed us on arrival and check in instructions were communicated by cell phone. and other cottages are being updated.”

“Our stay was great and would recommend for families. Keep in mind there are about 110 steps down to the water from the cabin…. Would never recommend for people who have any kind of mobility issue or are obese. You will hate your life. The cabin itself was somewhat tidy when we arrived but did have to do a fair amount of cleaning on our own. We let Rashid know and he was quick to apologize. “Beautiful Quiet”

“Our dome was great as were the facilities offered at the beach for relaxing in the sun or sitting by your own private fire, kayaking or canoeing. We had not realized the lovely private bathroom was outside the dome but only 2 steps away. It was not clear that the “stove” was a single ring attached to the barbq but we made it work. Management was very helpful and available if needed. We are seniors, really enjoyed our visit and would recommend trying a dome. Thank you.”

“Once again, we had a terrific family and friends vacation (that includes our fur babies). I was looking for a place to relax and recharge, connect with my family and our friend’s family. We are a go go go family and need a week to just sit, play, and enjoy each other’s company. We are a large bunch with several teenagers and need space and a place that isn’t ‘fussy’. “Nice lake but weedy. This cottage dose not have a beach like it says. The beach it out front of the owners cottage only. There is no clearing for this cottage only a dock. All of the pictures of the cottage are accurate. It is well equipped in the kitchen but you need to bring beding, towels, paper towel, toilet paper, cling wrap, tin foil, baggies, garbage bags etc. The cottage is only as clean as the people before you leave it.
