“Where do I start. This place was so underwhelming and disappointing. The photos online made it look clean and comfortable but it was anything but. Firstly the apartment smelt musty and moudly. The ceiling in the outdoor area had severe water damage and was falling in. The smell was awful so we spent the entire week with all the back doors shut. We didn’t use this area as we were worried the ceiling would fall in. The bathroom was disgusting. Grime and mould on the walls and ceilings. The shower……

“Location was great.Unit was not cleaned correctly (Fungi in the showers / carpet not clean)Buggy only worked for a day and a half.Aircon for the rooms stopped working halfway through our stayStains in the carpets and table matt.Outside balcony roof was fulling down and had spider webs and fungi growing on the tiles.Contacted service about the issues 5 times and had one response and they never turned up.Would rate this one of our worst stay holidays in the last 5 years. ”

“The view was spectacular. The birds were cheeky and will steal food if left unattended. Buggy was convenient and easy to use. Staff were very helpful”

“The beautiful house has a great pool, ideal for the children we had in our group. Plenty of room in the house as well for everyone to be - together or separate in relaxing, playing cards, cooking or hanging out.”
