“This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. “We had a pleasant night staying at the Grand Central Hotel but there was 2 small issues. 1. No fault of the pub but take ear muffs for a good night sleep. For a small town Proserpines main street is very busy at night. 2. Some advice for the Pub Manager please ad add curtians or block out the small glass panel above the doors of the rooms to block out the hall lights when they come on. Lovely atmosphere friendly staff and food was lovely. Please g”

“初到澳洲，进入度假村，感觉小小的，还没什么感觉。在探究一番后发现，附件有个大卖场，离Main street有点远，不过应该基本都是定的day trip，都会有专车来接送，还可以。偶尔想走走海边步道，半个小时就可以到主街，也蛮方便。最最靠谱的应该还是这个village房间可以自己做饭，早饭，晚饭，去附件超市买点食物回来，冰箱保存，很是方便。屋子外面还有个吊床or躺椅，很惬意。很适合不需要5星标准住宿的朋友，家一样的感觉。还可以找主人来咨询各种问题，各种day trip，主人很努力的帮你解决。记得去之前带点中国小礼物，主人蛮喜欢中国的。”
