“This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. “We were extremely unlucky with weather, it was rain and strong winds during our stay. Unfortunately heater option was locked in my hotel room. Working fans were everywhere in common areas so there was also cold. This is not the best place for snorkeling. It is better to take tours to outer reef from here. The island itself is beautiful and hotel is great, many pools, reef, comfy mattresses, great views. Wallaroos, cockatoos, curlews everywhere, they all are so funny. ”

“酒店是好的，只是經過颱風後，整個Airlie beach都受損了。酒店沒有電力，職員提供了三個驅蚊小蠟燭，剛夠照明至入眠。沒有電力，熱水爐都提供不到熱水了，幸好我們那天尚有舊有儲存下來的温水。酒店職員親切友善。房間床鋪浴室都是潔淨的，很好。酒店地點不在商業大街，開車會比較方便，而酒店內就有免費停車位置。”

“Lovely park environment. Lots of Birdlife all the time and they feed the Lorikeets each day at 4. Lots of fun if you've got kids. Town is walkable (1.2km). But probably a drive if you want to Cary shopping home. There is a local grocery store quite close and a tavern with reasonable meals just across the road.”
