“Good facilities for activities, but the price is much higher than hotels out of Hamilton Island.”

“We were extremely unlucky with weather, it was rain and strong winds during our stay. Unfortunately heater option was locked in my hotel room. Working fans were everywhere in common areas so there was also cold. This is not the best place for snorkeling. It is better to take tours to outer reef from here. The island itself is beautiful and hotel is great, many pools, reef, comfy mattresses, great views. Wallaroos, cockatoos, curlews everywhere, they all are so funny. ”

“This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. “The location of the resort was amazing. Also we stayed in the presidential suite which was the best! The only issue I had with it was the shower head holes were a big clogged so water did not come out nice and straight. I ended up using one of the many bathrooms the suite had to offer that wasn’t used much to enjoy my shower more. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and they told me we had free breakfast.
