“We were extremely unlucky with weather, it was rain and strong winds during our stay. Unfortunately heater option was locked in my hotel room. Working fans were everywhere in common areas so there was also cold. This is not the best place for snorkeling. It is better to take tours to outer reef from here. The island itself is beautiful and hotel is great, many pools, reef, comfy mattresses, great views. Wallaroos, cockatoos, curlews everywhere, they all are so funny. ”

“This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. “Lovely park environment. Lots of Birdlife all the time and they feed the Lorikeets each day at 4. Lots of fun if you've got kids. Town is walkable (1.2km). But probably a drive if you want to Cary shopping home. There is a local grocery store quite close and a tavern with reasonable meals just across the road.”
