“This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. “We all had a wonderful time in Hamilton Island. The accommodation was great. Big spacious rooms , nice balcony and incredible view!! Use of the buggy was a breeze and the only way to go on the island. Would definitely stay there again!!”
