“Very clean and well utilized space for this one bedroom and bath carriage house. Well stocked amenities. Many outside areas to relax and enjoy the peaceful property. St Elmo is a quaint lovely town. 1885 Grill for cocktails and meals is a must! The property was convenient to every venue we had planned on visiting. I highly recommend. ”

“Very nice getaway for the pup and myself! Little water bottles and snacks on the table, everything you could need, plus your own private covered parking directly by the private entrance! Very comfortable and nicely maintained! Only downside was having to close one window blind so neighbors couldn’t look in the window and there were no coffee pot filters, but easy fix and I left 100 behind for the next guest Will definitely be back again ”

“I can’t elaborate how much I loved this place. It was fully stocked with everything we needed after a hike (laundry), and the hot tub was perfect with morning coffee. Super close to Chattanooga but even after going out we wish we would have stayed in to enjoy this beautiful property more. The bed and pillows were luxury feeling and the listing is exactly what is listed. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE ! I will definitely be back ! ”

“This charming little apartment feels like a welcoming home. From tasteful decor to a great kitchenette, the property was a wonderful short stay for our wedding anniversary trip! Brad and his wife did an awesome job of making the sleeping area quiet with a noise machine and soundproofing, so road noise at night was kept to a minimum.
