The GM Eric was rude in the begining and didnt care about the inconvenience that the check in staff brought to us, by ordering us either to move out or move to other room on the 2nd day. "O hotel é SENSACIONAL. Tem piscina, espaço para trabalho e o quarto é limpo e muito confortável. Vale bem mais a pena ficar em Chiang Rai do que Chiang Mai. Só alugar uma moto que fica tudo fácil. O único ponto é que não é tão central, mas como disse, alugue uma motinha que facilita"
