“Alojamiento en un barrio residencial, tranquilo, pero con servicios muy cerca y a unos 20-25 minutos del centro caminando. Las habitaciones son amplias, con camas cómodas, tienen recepción con personal 24 horas y en el sótano un espacio con mesas agradable donde se ofrece desayuno. Alojamiento cómodo, limpio, aunque algo caro para el tipo de alojamiento y su ubicación al no tratarse de un lugar lujoso (que tampoco buscábamos) El mayor inconveniente es que al ubicarse en un edificio antiguo,……

“從火車站至飯店都是不平的石子路,造成行李輪子卡繩,回程叫計程車,計程車也會繞路多計算車費!隔天預訂使用飯店早餐時,服務人員硬要我們上2樓,後來才知2樓是提供團體的餐點,收錢的櫃檯還和我們吵一樓和二樓的餐點明顯不同,廢話,就是明顯不同,我們還被服務人員硬要求上2樓,還再次確認這是我們的付費早餐??對於這樣的疏失,飯店一樣硬收費用,讓人真的很無言,飯店內部沒溝通正確,反而是讓客戶買單,一整個扯!”

“It's a beautiful Apartment! Could have been a bit more cleaner. Mattress was totally broke but the owner refused it. In needed to sleep on the floor the first night. ”

“Hotel um pouco longe do centro de Poznan, mas muito bem localizado, perto de supermercado, restaurante, shopping, fast food. Quarto limpo, silencioso, com cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Tomadas bem localizadas para carregar os celulares. Bom wi-fi. Banheiro com boa ducha e boas toalhas. Estacionamento no local, mas com custo adicional ( custa PLN 35 por dia ). Atendimento na recepção atencioso, agradável, com bom inglês.”
