“This is a pretty cool property. Definitely fun to be right on ICW and beachfront. The outdoor shower and toilet are very handy. It’s an older camper, but it works for a fish camp. Communication with host was very good. ”

Safety concerns are driven by the state of the electrical wiring. There are multiple instances of exposed live wiring cables in violation of National Electric Code (NEC). There was at least one lighting circuit with an over sized breaker (30 amps) that was tripped each time you turn on the main bathroom lights indicating a significant fault in……

“My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights during Christmas. This house had everything we needed. 4 comfortable beds all in same room without a wall. This prevented my teenage children from hiding in their room, LOL. Instead we all talked, played games every night. The yard has a picnic table, fire place, bbq grill, and a fishing pier with night light. On top of that the price was very affordable. What more can I ask? Plus the host left a small Christmas tree before our arrival and made christmas……

“Peaceful property only 10 min from the Beach and located near my work. Friendly staff, a family-friendly place with unbelievable amenities. I worked out at the onsite gym, shot pool with friends and enjoy hanging out by the firepits at the onsite Gravel Bar as I was too tired to grill at one of the many grilling stations. A quick dinner in the amazing kitchen in my studio did the trick. I will most certainly returns.. Totally beats the plain, boring generic hotels... Glad that I found this……

“Booked what I thought was a cabin, it turned out to be a tiny house. Received an email stating that we had been upgraded but I'm not sure what the upgrade was. Arrived and the cabin had a heavy smell of Glade plug-ins which always makes me nervous. Cabin was clean upon initial inspection. I couldn't tell if the sheets were clean or if they had dryer debris in them. Note**the bed is loud. If you toss and turn, don't plan on sleeping.** the upstairs offers a second bed, however, you better have……

“The cabin was all it was advertised to be and more. SO clean and well appointed, with the kind surprise of snacks and drinks. Absolutely clean and quiet, and perfect location for my birding expeditions. Mamie was so responsive and welcoming! 5 stars for EVERTHING!”

“As a whole, the property was nice enough. Just be aware that you have to open a gate in order to get onto the property; this could be problematic when raining or at night. The gate area is lighted, but you have to be sure to leave the light on on the porch or you will not be able to see where you are going vewell”
