“Great place! Cozy, clean, and accessible. This place had all the amenities we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have 3 beds and 2 baths. Pretty close to shops and restaurants in Ballard. And we LOVED the sauna. What a great idea! Thanks for a wonderful stay. ”

I stayed with my dog and was able to work and enjoy my first few days in Seattle (before venturing off to a different location to close out my trip) and was very happy. It has everything you need for your stay, but also allows you the use of the common areas as well. The host was attentive and ready to communicate with and I'd recommend this place wholeheartedly! ”

“Location was nice despite being across the street from a high school. Parking can be a little bit of a challenge if you need to load/unload due to the busy neighborhood. But, you can usually find a spot within two blocks. Room and shared space was clean and easy to access, would recommend for multiple day stays.”

This created a shared environment that wasn’t clearly disclosed. The entrance area was often cluttered with shoes, and unpleasant odors from the upper level drifted into the lower floor. It was difficult to feel comfortable or relaxed, as there was frequent foot traffic and noise from people using the laundry area located right next to the……

“Had a great time here. House had two bedrooms on the main floor and a pullout in the basement. Kitchen was stocked. All around great! ”

“A lovely neighborhood of houses, condos, apts and townhouses yet we never heard the neighbors. In the heart of craft beer breweries. Lots to walk to. Beds are so comfortable. Second bedroom doesnt have a closet and there is nowhere to hang clothes in case this is important to you. Otherwise perfect place to hang out for a few days.”
