“Everything was very nice.”

“The hotel is a great place to stay. However we were overwhelmed by the amount of rude children AND their rude parents. Yelling screaming and general littering. That was from the parents hanging out in the lobby. The kids were running around with no parental control whatsoever (the parents were too busy yelling a screaming amongst each other to bother to parent the kids. They left bottles and other debris all over the lobby and were just plain jerks to the rest of the guests. ”

“Stayed here to attend concert at Alliance center. The skywalk to the Center was great and very convenient. Hotel room nice with comfortable bed. Quiet. ”

“Property was very nice. Only issue I had was , we had a room with 2 beds per request, but sheets in one bed were so rough and stiff ( maybe brand new) they could have stood up by themselves, and I literally could not use the bed with those sheets.”

“The hotel was pleasant, but not exceptional. The bathroom was small, with limited place to toiletries -- we had to remove the towels from the rack to use for storing some of our essentials. The black-out shade was excellent!”
