“While our stay was satisfactory. There seems to be a major issue between (individual or entire staff) staff and general manager of this facility. This was raised to us customers by a letter in an envelope placed under residence doors. Marriott leadership should investigate this incident. Staff claims GM is very abusive to all staff.”

“The property great how you set my reservation for a jacuzzi suite which was under maintenance i had a room that i felt overcharged for, your error. Then your rep offers a 50 token or whatever, i want my reservation refunded.”

“Our initial room was unsuitable with the mold and grease. Staff apologized and gave us a cleaner room. He also mopped the floor upon our request, so it was sanitary for our dog to walk about. However, the hall and stair carpeting was disgusting, full of likely years' of filth! After we left the premises, my husband had what appeared to be bed bug bites on his face, hand, and back. ”
