“We spent a few days on IOP for Spring Break. The condo was an amazing size for our family of five (it could’ve held even more people). Many, if not all, of the concerns expressed by previous reviewers have been addressed by the owners. There’s a new refrigerator, a big, comfortable sectional and the condo is in the perfect location. ”

“Had a great time- loved being able to walk everywhere. Condo was as described- needed to walk down a flight of stairs to access the beach but it was nice and close. Be aware that there are no beach towels- we probably should have checked this more closely but no available beach goodies (towels/chairs/toys)- everything needs to be purchased or rented (unless you plan better than us and bring them along). They had lots of "starter" items which was nice, little bit of oil, spices, salt/pepper,……

“First, working with the rental agent Vacasa was terffic. They were very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was fine. Folly's Beach is busy and parking difficult so it was terrific to be close enough to walk to the beach or downtown for dinner and not move our car. Had a couple of windy days during our trip and the pool was the place to be. The beds are comfortable and showers great. It is an older place, but it is very comfortable and very clean. ”

“The location of the condo couldn’t have been better - you walk out and literally to the right is the Main Street of IOP with all restaurants and shops. The location of the private pier and beach directly across the street was also ideal! We visited in off season so it was not busy at all. The condo was clean and everything we needed was provided. “We stayed in July of 24 with our extended family and had a great time. Folly is a little beach bum town in the best way. There were no crowds at restaurants and no party scenes like other beach towns we’ve been to. The condo itself was exactly what we needed for our group. The pool is very underwhelming, which is what made me realize this is a beach lover’s town. It wasn’t an issue, but an adjustment for our kids who prefer the pool. The freezer does not have an ice maker (only 2 ice trays)……

“ The GM & owner are very nice. Our room was missing some of the needed kitchen items but they were very quick to replace the things that were not there. We were a bit disappointed when our room was not cleaned the one time they said they would clean it during our week stay. They should at least sweep/vacuum the floors, empty garbage twice during a week stay and replenish toilet paper. All in all, we do recommend staying here. It is a newer place and felt safe staying here.”

“We booked our room last minute for a one night stopover from wintering in Florida. What a great room which actually was a well fitted 1 bedroom apt. So clean. Such nice amenities. We even had a secure parking spot with our bikes. Great location, a few blocks from King street. Would love to return!! ”
