“This property is better than advertised. They show you pictures of the cabin, hot tub, creek, and beautiful interior. What's more difficult to convey is the tranquil sound of rushing water that you can fall asleep to while you lay in bed, balcony door open. Or the serenity of sipping morning coffee on that back balcony with your spouse, sounds of nature; not highway. “We had a fantastic weekend stay at this secluded cabin! The property is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely creek and a small waterfall that our husky couldn’t get enough of. The screened and covered deck was spacious and perfect for relaxing, complete with a gas grill. Inside, the kitchen was very well-equipped with modern appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and silverware, making meal prep easy. The living room sofa was very comfortable, and the king-size loft bedroom with its own sitting area……

“My family enjoyed this property immensely. A secluded cabin in the woods but with all the comforts of home made everyone happy. My husband enjoyed fishing in the river while the kid explored the shoreline and rock hunted. We made outdoor campfires and s’mores, and snuggled up by the indoor fireplace with books. Be aware it is a long driveway, so any plans out and about take a bit longer. The Food Lion in Millers Creek is about a 20 minute drive. ”

“It looked a little old/unkept when we drove up. People hanging in the parking lot of the store next door. However, office area was clean and fresh smelling. A restaurant attached to the building that looked popular and a Wendy’s across the street. Room was surprisingly clean and looks recently remodeled. Beds were not the most comfortable but we slept good -quiet area. Only complaint is the soap dispensers- very little comes out and if you have long thick hair it might take awhile to get enough……
