“Very nice neighborhood, unfortunately further from the Indianapolis Fairgrounds that required extended travel time to get closer to most Micro Breweries etc near downtown.”

“Nice neighborhood, and responsive hostess. Plenty of room, beds were comfortable, but there simply was not enough living room seating for more than 3 full-sized adults, and unfortunately both the small couch and loveseat were not comfortable due to lack of support and cushioning. Also, while the kitchen was nice and roomy with the large bar and counters, and the refridgerator and stove/oven/microwave were modern, it was minimal in other amenities. To be honest, a better dishwasher is needed, and……

“House was in a perfect location for all our touring needs. It was much better accommodating compared to a hotel. It could benefit from a better cleaning crew, considering we all pay 100 cleaning fee. ”

“Great place to stay with multi aged kids and family. Tons of space to spread out. We stayed with our whole family. Grandmas to parents to older teens and young teens. With all the games and things to do even the adults were busy on the video games. Location is great. Kroger is 5 minutes away. Beds were super comfortable. Our favorite room was the sun room that overlooks the privately wooded fenced in back yard. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again for hosting us. ”

“First, the front desk had ko idea what Vrbo, was, had no idea of my reservation. I had to wait in the lobby for 10-15 min. while they figured it out. Then they needed to charge my card a 100 deposit for incidentals and for some reason their system wouldnt take my card which they got a weird error message for which i had to wait again another 10-15 min. while they figured it out. The lobby smelled of pot and was dirty. The continental breakfast which was in the listing was non-existant. The room,……

“I found this hotel 2b substandard in mostly all aspects. The positives were... their one HC room was available and had a walkin shower , plentiful and cold ice from the third floor ice machine, easy to find, and staff tried to help but mosttimes lack of English blocked their efforts. The weaknesses included: parking lot full of large potholes, cigarette holes in bedding, filthy carpet that left the bottoms of my barefeet black, bugs like spiders, ants, fleas, etc present, no TV remote, missing……
