“This is a beautiful property with interesting history. The room was comfortable. The innkeepers are very gracious and helpful. While not located in the heart of the historic district, it’s a short walk away. Quite honestly, it’s better than being in the heart anyway - more quiet and easier parking. There is a fantastic bar just behind the house, and Snallygasters (best restaurant in town) is next door. ”

“Stay was fine, as was the room. One negative … at check out, lady at the desk would not give me a receipt. She told me I had to request a receipt from Wyndham! I asked again and again she refused! I have traveled extensively, both in US and abroad, and have never been denied a printed receipt when checking out. This needs to be addressed.”
