“Loved the house and location!”

“We traveled with one other family (4 adults and 2 17-year old boys). The house was absolutely perfect for us! We loved how each bedroom/bathroom was its own building. Perfect for the teens to have their own rooms! Steps from the beach also. We were able to see the sunrise as well as the sunsets! Tar Bay Beach is amazingly beautiful with plenty of space to walk at least a mile in each direction. Check-in was really easy, and everyone throughout the process was very friendly and responsive. ”

“Absolutely amazed by this property-it’s private location, views, and the amenities offered. Charles was the kindest person we met on the island. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee overlooking the blue waters and watching Man-o-war cay sandbars emerge as the tide went down. We saw more ocean life here than anywhere else. There was a turtle that visited the beach, colorful fish, and even a small shark! We enjoyed kayaking across the water to man-o-war, and finding our very own private beach……

“We really enjoyed our stay. We rented a Jeep from Airport Car Rental. While expensive, it was worth it since we did encounter some very rough patches of roadway. We were fortunate to be visiting the island during Regatta. It was a really fun week. Also, we highly recommend renting a boat from Minns. “Bellavista was perfect for us, all the amenities you can think of especially chairs and umbrella. The beach in front is neat in its on right plus sites over at stocking but the hidden gem is a 5-10 walk to your left. Unbelievable beach with calm beautiful blue water that is waist deep as far as you can go! Owners assessable anytime on the what’s up app as well. They even have a 2nd unit Bellavista Breeze 3 doors down. Will definitely seek another week with them the next time we try. ”

“This was our fourth trip to the Exuma’s and the first time staying at Casa Bella. This property is by far the nicest we have stayed at. The property manager Martin was absolutely wonderful. “We stayed here for my 60th Birthday. The villa is stunning, attention to detail 1st class, with everything at the property you could wish for. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach matts, coolers to take to the beach. “Loved the Villa. The grill and air fryer were a big bonus. Ditto the beach lounge chairs - which were perfect for the short walk to Jolly Hall Beach. Walked to town 5 days, but always got a cab back. Lounged on the upper deck over coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. Can't wait to return!!!! Excellent communication, before and during the stay. Six stars from me!!!”

“Home is recently renovated. Everything is well done. Beds are comfortable. My friend slept in 2nd bedroom and said she had the best sleep on vacation ever. Porch overlooking the water is priceless. Swing was a fun addition. Neighbor houses are close but never heard a sound when inside. Would recommend. ”

“Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)”
