“Great location, and home is very clean. Just as described and seen on the photos. It was perfect for our family of 6. I'm not sure I would recommend for greater than 6 even though it can sleep more. Airbeds are provided but there is limited space to set them up. And only one shower. If you dont mind those conditions, it is a comfy and clean home right on the lake. ”

“The outdoor spa tub was broken, the water in it was full of garbage (the kids were disappointed), there was no ping pong table like in the photo, the curtains in the living room were dirty, there was no laundry detergent (had to call for delivery) and not enough quilts ( Had to call for delivery), mice were running from the ceiling at night.”

“The house might be a little dated, but it’s clean, comfortable, and the management team provides excellent communication. The view is fantastic. It is across the street from a liquor store, but we found the traffic noise died down at a reasonable time (and the fan in the bathroom helped provide some white noise for my sleeping teens). I loved having bigger beds in all the rooms for our kids. And we enjoyed the porch swing. ”

“Our family of 16 enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. The large family room was great for our all-family Sunday morning "church" gathering, the two kitchens were awesome - 1 for coffee and toast, the larger for cooking everything else and 2 refrigerators - and plenty of cabinets and counter space, really nice bathrooms with lots of hooks, lovely bedrooms. The spa was a hit!”

“Bobbi was an amazing host who even decorated the home for Christmas for us - including a Christmas tree.The home is even more beautiful than the pictures with stunning views of the lake and Mount Konocti from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The large kitchen made cooking a Christmas dinner easy.I have multiple physical issues, and I have trouble sleeping as a result. The bed in the master bedroom was just perfect. It was firm, but I'm guessing it must have a good pillow top……
