“I had this rental booked for a month. I didn't hear from the property host about check in details, so I sent them a message the morning of our trip. I received a message a couple hours later that they were sorry they overlooked our reservation and the unit was no longer available, so they cancelled it. We were already on our way driving up to our vacation when we were told we no longer had a place to stay. Totally unacceptable.”

“We were locked out of the property and had to contact vrbo. They have check in at 4 pm but close at 4:30 pm. They give you the code to get into loft but the gate is locked so it is useless. Tub/shower insert is old but clean. Beds are very comfortable. Not allowed to use hot tub. Need to go up a flight of stairs to get to loft. For the price we paid I am disappointed.”

“Everything about this was amazing. Lora is the nicest lady and she has the most unique eye when it comes to style. The place was better than anything i could have asked for. The turkeys came down on the lawn while we were having coffee. The view of Mount Konocti was incredible. This is the best vacation house we've ever stayed in. I love everything about it. “The property is very nice and roomy. Wonderful views from the living room/kitchen/ and master bedroom. The dock is also very nice and long - we really enjoyed getting together in the morning and for the sunset. The TV room had a couch that had a broken cushion. We stuffed a pillow in there and made it work, but the couch should be replaced.
