“Apartment is just as pictured, updated, comfortable, and very clean. Agree with previous comments about hearing workers in the morning through the thin front door. We also thought it was odd that we couldn’t use the pool facilities prior to check in time due to insurance. ”

“The owner was very responsive when I had questions. I couldn't figure out the tv or wifi. But it was so late when i tried i didn't want to ask. I am sure if i had earlier she would have answered quickly. ”

“The room was perfect for us. It was nicely decorated. The bed comfortable and Melinda had lots of extras like coffee pods tea, oil butter jelly and my favorite was the fresh eggs. We got to relax in the spa too. If it was warmer I might of gone swimming in the pool outside our room. I would definitely stay again.”

“Everything about this was amazing. Lora is the nicest lady and she has the most unique eye when it comes to style. The place was better than anything i could have asked for. The turkeys came down on the lawn while we were having coffee. The view of Mount Konocti was incredible. This is the best vacation house we've ever stayed in. I love everything about it. “We went up to Ukiah for a friends wedding, and had a wonderful stay at the “Hilltop Loft”. This a a great east side neighborhood, and a wonderful property. The manager was onsite to greet us at check in and was very pleasant. The space is very nicely accommodated, and access to local restaurants and attractions is easy with many places being 5 min drive. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“I had this rental booked for a month. I didn't hear from the property host about check in details, so I sent them a message the morning of our trip. I received a message a couple hours later that they were sorry they overlooked our reservation and the unit was no longer available, so they cancelled it. We were already on our way driving up to our vacation when we were told we no longer had a place to stay. Totally unacceptable.”
