“It was a charming cottage! Very clean and had all the amenities you could want! Full kitchen and most appliances, extra blankets, iron/board, lots of storage space, games, toiletries, books, and more. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed our visit and would very likely return here the next time we go to Clear Lake! Highly recommend!”

“This is a lovely property with beautiful views from the front porch. We had our coffee on there every morning.The owner was very nice and sent her daughter to our rescue when we locked ourselves out. Make sure you have the key if you go out the backdoor. It locks automatically. Luckily we had a cell phone.”

“Really enjoyed how close the property was to local amenities. House was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Host even went the extra mile to ship back and item left at the house. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The house was perfect. Clean and enough room for us. The stove was beautiful although we didn’t use it. The three bedrooms were great but we only used two of them. The property was great with the Bocce Ball and badminton. The weather was beautiful. You can see where the river came up to the driveway. We would definitely like to stay there again. “My bf andIi stayed here for a few days and very much enjoyed it. The property was very easy to find. When we arrived, Bibiana greeted us and showed us around the house. She even gave us some of the eggs her chickens laid (unfortunately, we never got around to cooking them up ). Her house is a little ways away with a separate driveway. However, close enough for her to walk over should there be a major problem. She mentioned that the house we stayed in is actually where she stays a good amount of……

“Our group of 7 friends reunited in Healdsburg for a getaway and great wine tasting. The Modern Vineyard Farmhouse is just beautiful, and Elaine was so welcoming and kind. We definitely plan to return as soon as we can.”

“We had a terrific time at Melissa's place in St. Helena. First of all, it's just perfectly located to the town. It's on a quiet street, but yet a short walk to the main drag where all the beautiful shops are etc. Plus easy access by car to the great restaurants nearby and the wine tasting.
